1. The App

1.1 The Sonalize web app at sonalize.app/alpha ("the App") is an alpha version published by Ontiqo Pty Ltd (ACN 701 340 418) ("Ontiqo") for testing. It may change or be withdrawn at any time.

2. No advice

2.1 The App measures how alike recordings are. Its scores and reports are not legal advice and are not findings of copyright infringement.

3. Use

3.1 Use the App only with recordings you are entitled to use. You are responsible for what you compare and what you share.

4. Liability

4.1 To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided as is, and Ontiqo is not liable for loss arising from its use. Nothing in these terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
